Frequently Asked Questions
From shawarma to Wi-Fi, here’s what guests ask us most.
About Our Food
What kind of food do you serve?
We serve authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes — grilled shawarma, kababs, falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, and more. Everything is crafted with heart, focusing on flavor, freshness, and balance.
Is Lebanese food spicy?
Most Lebanese food isn’t hot-spicy — it’s spice-rich. You’ll taste cumin, garlic, parsley, lemon, and olive oil rather than heat. A few dishes, like our Pepper Joe Wrap, bring a gentle kick.
What’s the difference between shawarma and gyros?
Shawarma is seasoned Middle Eastern meat slowly roasted, while gyros are a Greek version often seasoned differently and served with tzatziki. Our shawarma is pure Lebanese — bold, aromatic, and deeply flavorful.
